The flowers were great. Just like the photo that I ordered from.
The card/card message was TOTALLY unacceptable. Very disappointed. My wife had to search a piece of paper with 4 different sections on it to find out who it was from. The comment that I had requested was in very small font so it didn't even stand out! The RomaJames logo was so overbearing, my message was almost insignificant. You want to send out you messages, but please separate them from our comments to the recipients! Not sure if I want to order from you again. And yes, it does make a big difference. It was supposed to be special.
Order was placed thru website from Germany for delivery in Whitby Ontario. Order process was easy and transparent. Order confirmation by email didn't arrive in the first place but upon a phone call it came in. Delivery was superb. I can certainly recommend Anderson Flowers.
